Incest Resources has expanded and updated its legal packet for adult survivors of incest/sexual abuse and nonoffending parents of child victims. Included is a series of articles and fact sheets pertaining to civil suit by survivors against their offenders, the statute of limitations, criminal prosecution in child cases, and the failure of the courts with regard to custody and visitation issues. Also included are relevant listings of legal, legislative, and support resources for survivors and nonoffending parents, including resources for survivors of abuse by clergy and other professionals, and resources to address the backlash against survivors by "false memory" proponents.
